20 Gifts For the Person in Your Life Who Has Anxiety
The holiday season can be stressful for anyone. But if you suffer from anxiety, this busy time of year can really ramp up feelings of nervousness, racing thoughts, and irritability. As a reprieve from this hectic time of year, and to relieve my anxiety (which persists for me year-round), these are the 20 gifts I'm putting on my Christmas list.
If you know someone who has anxiety or just wants something to calm and relax them, then these gifts are perfect. Remember: these gifts aren't a substitute for actual medical help, if that's what someone needs. If your anxiety is interfering with your everyday life, it's best to seek help from a professional, such as a psychiatrist or licensed therapist.
