If you're completely overwhelmed by all of the toys available to kids in 2018, we're not surprised - there are hundreds of hot toys out there. To make our lives a little bit easier and a hell of a lot less overwhelming, Amazon, though it released a list of its top 100 toys picks for the year last month, is cluing us into some prime - excuse me, Prime - information: there are three top toys that were most purchased by Prime members this year, as well as one toy that was the "go-to gift" in 2018.
