In news that should surprise absolutely no one: Hollywood made a sh*t-ton of money this year.
As usual, the overwhelming success of superhero films like Black Panther and Avengers: Infinity War - yes, both of those came out way back at the beginning of this year, if you can believe it - undoubtedly led to movie studio executives making snow angels in piles of money every day of 2018.
