Halle Berry Says She Uses CBD For Period Cramps, and We're Definitely Going to Try It

If you aren't familiar with Halle Berry's "Fitness Friday" series on Instagram, we highly advise you to start following along, NOW. She's always sharing the workouts she's doing, simple and healthy recipes, and even her favorite keto-friendly wines (that's what you call a team player).
This week, Halle and her trainer Peter Lee Thomas answered questions from her followers, and one question that stood out to us was: "Do you ingest CBD oil/supplements for pain?" "We do, yes we do," she said while laughing and dancing. "It's changed my whole life. It's changed that monthly cycle . . . ladies, make this your best friend."
