I Live in a Tiny NYC Apartment, and This Trunk Is Helping Me Live Like Marie Kondo
In 2019, I've resolved to get my home organized. But when you live in a very small apartment, keeping things neat and tidy becomes more of a necessity than a general goal. Closet and drawer space are scarce, and I needed someplace to put sweaters, books, and general odds and ends once shelf space was out of the question. My apartment is basically all white, with shades of gray and tan thrown in on occasion, so I wanted something minimal to match my decor. This trunk is just that: pristine white, and the pop of rose gold accent hardware makes it feel luxurious and much more expensive than it actually is. The fact that it comes with two trunks is ideal, because I can separate them into different categories and not get confused about which one I need to open. As an added bonus, next to my couch, it looks like a really chic makeshift end table.
