Janelle Monáe Hit the Red Carpet in a Gold Leather Crown Like a True Queen
Janelle Monáe has a long history of making major statements on the red carpet. So it should come as a surprise to no one that her latest red carpet look at the 2019 Golden Globe Awards is literally making me hyperventilate. The actress/musician, who stars in the drama Welcome to Marwen alongside Steve Carell, stepped out looking like a goddess at Sunday night's show wearing a black and gold fantasy tweed Chanel dress with a bedazzled collar over a white floor-length, knit dress. And if that wasn't enough to make her look like a queen, Janelle finished off the Egyptian-themed look with a gold leather hat that I've already added to my 2019 vision board.
