For a Crowd, Try Broiling Eggs Instead of Frying

I love making breakfast for my friends and family but it can be a pain to cook for a group. And sometimes you want something other than a baked frittata. So for fried eggs to feed a crowd I started broiling. Want to give it a try? Follow the steps below and you'll be feeding your morning crew in no time.

How to Broil Eggs

  1. Make a bed for the eggs to rest on. It can be pizza dough, potatoes, vegetables, or my personal favorite - hash - anything that tastes delicious with eggs.
  2. Crack an egg into a small bowl, then carefully nestle into the bed without breaking the yolk.
  3. Repeat with the number of eggs you plan on serving and make sure none of the eggs are touching.
  4. Place the pan under the broiler and cook three to four minutes until the white is just set and the yellow is still runny. And voila, fried eggs for a group!
