This Dua Lipa Dance Workout Is Totally Energizing - and It’s Only 4 Minutes Long

YouTuber Kyra Provost, who goes by Kyra Pro and posts dance workouts to some of our favorite music, is back again with another quick, fun routine. This time, she is dancing and sweating her way through "Levitating" by Dua Lipa, featuring DaBaby.

Provost explains that she was inspired to dance to the catchy tune because Lipa recently released a new behind-the-scenes music video for the Madonna and Missy Elliott remix of "Levitating."

The video clocks in at just under four minutes, so it's the perfect upbeat midday break. With the uptempo pace and the jump-heavy choreography, you will definitely get your heart rate up. Provost does moves like squats, punches, and kicks in time with the beat of the song. Like Lipa's whole album, Future Nostalgia, the song and workout give us major '80s aerobics vibes.
