Doctor shortage in Portneuf leaves 1 ER doctor to cover entire region for 48 hours
A citizens health care committee in Portneuf says the region's emergency services are so dangerously understaffed that over a 48-hour period earlier this month, one doctor covered two emergency rooms serving 52,000 people.
