Expect more overdoses, deaths under new opioid plan, Ottawa's drug addiction experts say
The Ontario government's plan to de-list some potent painkillers has a major flaw, according to addiction specialists: it could lead to a spike in overdoses and deaths by sending users to seek out illicit drugs instead.
