The first presidential debate was rife with moments that caused a lot of spot-on social media commentary, including one in particular that is everywhere on the internet. It's when Democratic candidate Hillary Clinton broke the so-called fourth wall and looked into the camera with a facial expression that practically screamed, "Are you all hearing what I'm hearing?"
