To guide you, Puerto Rican personal trainer Idalis Velazquez, who is working with Unilever as a part of its empowering #100PorCientoTu campaign, created a five-step HIIT workout guaranteed to leave you feeling the burn. When you're ready to get started, do each of the following moves for 30 seconds with a 15-second break between them. After a full circuit, switch places with your partner, rest for 60 seconds, and do the routine one more time!
