Keeping Up With Krystal: Where to Follow The Bachelor's Breakout Star
Love her or hate her, Krystal Nielson made a lasting impression fighting for Arie Luyendyk Jr.'s heart on the season 22 premiere of The Bachelor. To say that she doesn't get along with the other women is quite the understatement. But even still, there's something really interesting about her, and a quick scroll through her Instagram shows where she gets her go-getter attitude.
Nielson is a health and fitness coach at Orangetheory Fitness. She's also an NASM-certified personal trainer, NASM MMA conditioning specialist, yoga sculpt instructor, ambassador for Yoga 4 Homeless, and sponsored athlete. Not only that, but she's hit the stage as a bikini competitor as well. So yeah, she's used to handling a lot at once and fighting for it.
