Lose Your Breath? Get It Back After Your Workout With This Beyoncé Cooldown Playlist

There are so many Beyoncé songs on my workout playlist, I've lost count. Some of my favorites that get me pumped up to hit the treadmill in full stride or power through a strength-training routine include "Run The World (Girls)," "Diva," "Upgrade U," "Ring The Alarm," and most recently her "Savage" remix. Even though her music gives a big dose of confidence to keep moving, there are plenty of songs that bring the beat in slow and are perfect for a cooldown.
Ahead, check out our Beyoncé cooldown playlist that will make you sing along and settle into your breath as you walk around, foam roll, or do some stretches. Classics include "Halo," "XO," "Irreplaceable," and "If I Were a Boy." The playlist itself is on Spotify, but you can also scroll through the upcoming slides for all of the songs on YouTube. Press play, and get to relaxing with these feel-good hits.
