We know we should love and accept our bodies as they are, take care of our physical and mental health, and that who we are is infinitely more important than what we look like, but it's a lot easier said than done. Diet culture, the media, and even our own insecurities get in the way of us truly living in the moment and appreciating ourselves because we become consumed with our appearance.
