Issa Rae Teased Her Very Special Emmys Dress With Her "Getting Ready" Robe
Issa Rae is one of the handful of celebrities donating their 2020 Emmys looks to RAD's auction that's raising funds for When We All Vote. As soon as we saw a sneak peek of the number on Issa's stylist Jason Rembert's Instagram Story, we knew it'd make our list of top five looks. The stunning Sergio Hudson design has long sleeves with strong shoulders and buttons that circle the plunging neckline and extend to the cutout at the center. Issa foreshadowed the vibrant color she'd be wearing when she showed us some behind-the-scenes glam moments with her beauty team in a coral printed robe. Looks like she's majorly feeling her chosen color palette tonight. Issa's nominated for outstanding lead actress in a comedy series for Insecure, and her look is going to give her every bit of confidence she needs to stand out this evening - no matter what.
