Starbucks Pumpkin Bread

Ingredients
- 1 15-ounce can of pumpkin puree
4 eggs
1 cup of vegetable oil
2/3 cup of water
3 cups of white granulated sugar
3 1/2 cups of all-purpose flour
2 teaspoons of baking soda
1 1/2 teaspoons of salt
1 1/4 teaspoons of ground cinnamon
1 1/4 teaspoons of nutmeg
3/4 teaspoons of cloves
3/4 teaspoons of ground ginger
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Grease and flour three 7x3 inch loaf pans.
- Mix together pumpkin puree, eggs, oil, water, and sugar until well blended. Try and get it smooth!
- In a different bowl, whisk/stir together flour, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, and ginger (this looks just like the prepackaged stuff!)
- Stir the dry ingredients into the pumpkin mixture until blended.
- Pour into the prepared pans.
- Bake for 50 minutes in the preheated oven. Insert a knife or toothpick in center until it comes out clean. You may need to add another 10-20 minutes to your bake time.
- Let cool and serve!
