Sold in the frozen section, these meatless cakes are made with jackfruit, potatoes, cilantro, green onions, celery seed, and a seasoning blend, according to ChooseVeg.com.
Each two-cake serving has 150 calories, six grams of fat, 21 grams of carbs, six grams of fiber, one gram of sugar, and two grams of protein. Each box has four cakes total, so even if you eat the entire box, it's only 300 calories. This Aladdin-Themed Anniversary Shoot Is From a Whole New World
If you are a fan of classic Disney movies, then you know that they all end with that magical "happily ever after." But what happens after that fairy-tale ending? An Aladdin-themed anniversary shoot, of course!
Ruby and Eric tied the knot with a gorgeous Disney-themed wedding that was so fabulous that it made it on to Disney's wedding TV show. The pair decided to keep the Disney flame alive and enlisted photographer Jenna Henderson to help them capture their love with this Aladdin-themed shoot.
"They had reached out to me about taking Aladdin-themed photos, and from there we came up with creative ways to give their portrait session a magical touch," said Jenna. "We actually hauled a 'magic carpet' up hiking trails and rocks to make our session come to life, but we didn't mind for a moment because we had a vision in mind." And the photos are absolutely worth the effort because they are full of fantastic details - like Ruby's blue-and-gold necklace that alludes to Princess Jasmine's headband or the photo in which Eric is offering Ruby an apple, which is a direct reference to the iconic scene from the movie.

The Victoria's Secret Fashion Show Was More Playful Than Ever, Thanks to This Collaboration
For the second year in a row, an unexpected designer collection added to the Victoria's Secret Fashion Show. The lingerie brand previously partnered with Balmain on a collection both for the runway and in stores. This time, Victoria's Secret collaborated with Mary Katrantzou for its show in New York City.
The collaboration was a major departure from last year's edgier one. While the Balmain collection typified Creative Director Olivier Rousteing's sexy and overembellished designs, Katrantzou offered more playful lingerie, athletic apparel, and sleepwear. Referred to as the "Queen of Prints," the Athens-born, London-based designer recently celebrated her brand's 10th anniversary during London Fashion Week.
"Everything that Victoria's Secret creates is about a woman feeling confident and empowered - and also having fun with what she is wearing," Katrantzou said in a press statement. "This collaboration is going to be bold, fun and playful."
As with the Balmain collection, the Katrantzou collection was featured during the runway show, and select looks will later be carried in stores and online. Ivanka Trump Actually Had the Audacity to Write an Anti-Human Trafficking Op-Ed
On Nov. 29, Ivanka Trump had the audacity to write an op-ed in The Washington Post commending the president's efforts to combat global human trafficking. Specifically, the daughter of and senior advisor to the president praised his administration's decision to revoke some aid and support to countries that have failed to adequately address human trafficking within their borders - all while Ivanka maintains virtual silence on ongoing, state-sanctioned abuses of women and children at the US-Mexico border.
Since the beginning of her father's presidency, Ivanka has decisively branded herself as an advocate for women and children and has consistently touted her speeches and projects related to human trafficking. Yet Ivanka's concerns about the safety and welfare of women and children abroad ring disingenuous, coming just days after harrowing new reports about the tear-gassing of migrant children at the US-Mexico border and new (and damning) revelations about the administration's disinterest in doing the bare minimum to protect migrant children separated from their parents from harm.
Ivanka's anti-human trafficking work is hardly allyship. Instead, it is a transparent effort to deflect from the United States's own abuses of children.
Ivanka has since tried to distance her father's administration from the atrocities at the border, blaming them on politicians across party lines for failing to implement meaningful reforms on immigration, as though that would offer any reasonable defense. As numerous immigration reporters have already pointed out, the president's unabashed "zero tolerance" policies - including systematic family separation, turning away victims of domestic violence (even those with children), and his dehumanizing, xenophobic rhetoric - have all contributed to the current ecosystem of state-sanctioned violence against women and children at the border.
Ultimately, Ivanka's willingness to not only overlook but dishonestly portray her father's role in this violence - all while touting her work on global human trafficking - demonstrates a gross hypocrisy and reveals her opinion on which women and children actually matter. In Ivanka's worldview, it's certainly not the Central American migrant families fleeing death, violence, and, yes, even sexual abuse.
According to Witness For Peace, an estimated six in 10 women and girls are raped and 80 percent are sexually assaulted during their journey to the border. There have been numerous recent high-profile cases of border patrol officers and detainment center workers charged with sexual assault against migrant women and children. In April, The Intercept reported that of 1,224 sexual abuse complaints filed at detainment centers between 2010 and 2017, only 43 investigations were conducted; of course, these only include reported incidents. Earlier this week, a new report revealed the Trump administration had specifically waived required rigorous background checks of staff at migrant detention camps who work directly with migrant children. This will only increase the likelihood of child abuse - including the sexual abuse Ivanka Trump claims to be so concerned about - at the border.
Combating human trafficking and sexual violence against women and children abroad may be a noble and vitally important goal, but not if efforts are intended to hide or deflect from abuses at home. Ivanka's role in downplaying human rights violations at the border and the Trump administration's active role in militarizing and making the border more violent are hardly an aberration from her long history of noninclusive, faux-feminist activism. Speaking of the evils of child exploitation, as Ivanka repeatedly does in her Washington Post op-ed this week, factories that have made clothes for her brand have repeatedly been accused of child labor, extremely low compensation, and verbal abuse.
Human trafficking may be particularly rampant in developing, majority nonwhite countries. But Ivanka's anti-human trafficking work is hardly allyship. Instead, it is a transparent effort to deflect from the United States's own abuses of children. And certainly human trafficking and child exploitation are not just far-away, global phenomena; new policies to penalize countries that fail in their obligations to address human trafficking will do little for the estimated 15,000 to 17,000 US victims of human trafficking.
So long as Ivanka remains not merely associated with but a senior advisor within an administration responsible for putting babies and toddlers in cages, all of her other work on women's and children's rights will continue to ring hollow at best . . . and insidiously manipulative at worst.

Instagram Now Lets You Share More Personal Stories With a "Close Friends" List
Good news, folks: sharing those embarrassing double-chin selfies and drunken midkaraoke serenades on your Instagram Stories with everyone but your boss or parents just got a whole lot easier. The app is rolling out a new feature dubbed "Close Friends," which allows you to share certain Stories with a curated list of friends rather than with everyone who follows you. So yep, you pretty much don't need that "Finstagram" anymore.
Here's the scoop on how to utilize the "Close Friends" feature once your Instagram updates. To add pals to your list, click the "Close Friends List" button in the menu on the right-hand side of your profile. Simply tap the green "Add" button to build your group. Your friends won't get notified when you add or remove them, and only you can see your list. When you're ready to share a personal photo or video (like, say, one of those aforementioned embarrassing selfies), simply capture it and click the green circle logo with a white star in the middle to send that content to your closest pals instead of to all of your followers.
A few more details to note: if someone has added you to their personal list, you'll see a green "Close Friends" badge while watching their Stories, and there will be a green circle around their profile picture in the Instagram Stories section at the top of your newsfeed instead of the usual pink-purple ring.
