Healthy smoothies for weight loss, recipes for weight loss:How to Reheat Your Turkey So It Doesn't Suck


Anyone who has ever reheated chicken or turkey knows it's all too common to end up with rubbery meat. That's why I consulted with the Butterball Talk-Line to learn once and for all the best way to reheat the meat. Here's their advice:

To reheat in a microwave: Spoon gravy or broth over the turkey. Cover with wax paper and heat at 30-50 percent power until warm. This method is best for individual portions.

To reheat in the oven: Preheat oven to 350°F. Lay turkey out on a roasting pan and sprinkle with broth. Bake for 30-45 minutes until turkey is heated through (Butterball recommends it reaching an internal temperature of 140°F). This method is best for reheating a large portion for a crowd.
