Alessandra Ambrosio Is All of Us During a Hard AF Pilates Class
If you've ever taken a Pilates class, then you're familiar with that surprisingly satisfying (but also uncomfortable) pain that comes with it. Oftentimes, you make weird faces or give yourself internal "I can do it!" pep talks in front of the studio mirror to combat the discomfort. "It will all pay off," you tell yourself as you struggle through the moves.
And here's the thing: you're not alone. Pilates is super though - even for people who frequently practice it like Alessandra Ambrosio. The Brazilian model and Victoria's Secret Angel was recently spotted putting in some serious effort at an Los Angeles-area class.
