Cameron Diaz on Aging: "It's Really About Living"
Cameron Diaz stopped by Good Morning America on April 5 to talk about her latest empowering project, The Longevity Book. The 43-year-old actress, who recently posted the ultimate no-makeup selfie to celebrate the book's release, opened up to hosts Lara Spencer and Amy Robach about the pro-aging inspiration behind it all.
"Aging is really about living, so I feel really grateful that I get to turn another year older," Cameron told them, which is why she and her writing partner, Sandra Bark, decided to research the often-feared topic further.
Turns out, we should all embrace getting older, because Cameron revealed: "You actually put six more years onto your life once you accept [it]." Watch the full interview above, and then get inspired by even more celebrities without makeup.
