Katy Perry and Orlando Bloom Have a Surprisingly Down-to-Earth Day at the Beach
Just a week after Orlando Bloom was spotted dutifully recording girlfriend Katy Perry during her performance at the Democratic National Convention, the couple jetted off to Italy for a romantic vacation. On Tuesday, Orlando and Katy were spotted doing normal-people beach things: kissing and cuddling, rubbing oil on each other, and hitting the water for a joint paddle-boarding session. Orlando, who also went totally nude for part of their day, showed off his muscular frame in dark trunks, and Katy sported a tie-dye bikini (it must be one of her favorite suits, as we've seen her wearing it a few times over the years).
Katy and Orlando's romance seems to be stronger than ever since they first hooked up back in January. Before showing support for the "Rise" singer at the DNC, Orlando joined Katy at the Cannes Film Festival and the Met Gala. In addition to her happy relationship, Katy is also appearing to stay above the fray when it comes to her ongoing feud with Taylor Swift. After Taylor's recent dust-up with ex-boyfriend Calvin Harris, Katy simply tweeted out a reaction GIF of Hillary Clinton, and she's stayed remarkably silent since the "Bad Blood" singer's squabble with Kim Kardashian and Kanye West.
