Makeup-Lovers Are Swooning Over These Gorgeous and Affordable Brushes

Many makeup artists agree that it doesn't matter how much your beauty products cost: it's your tools that make all the difference. The right set of brushes goes a long way in making you look like a million dollars, even if your cosmetics are from the drugstore. Sadly, some of the best (and prettiest) applicators are quite expensive. Until now, we'd resigned ourselves to picking off shedding hairs after sweeping on blush.

The new Beautifully Precise collection from E.L.F. Cosmetics aims to change that. This line consists of nine affordable, high-quality tools that are stunning enough to feature in your next post on Instagram. The most expensive brush in the range only costs $12, so many beauty junkies will be able to purchase the whole assortment.

According to Cosmopolitan.com, the brand's global creative director, Achelle Dunaway, found inspiration in the modern minimalism trend in home decor. "I wanted to capture what a beautiful makeup brush would look like if it would live in a gorgeous white marbled bathroom, since that's the go-to backdrop for social posts as of late," she said.

Each brush was designed with a specific application process in mind. There are four different eye makeup brushes, including one for creating a smoky eye. The other five brushes are for your face and to be used for applying foundation or powder. We're particularly mesmerized by the most unusual brush in the bunch, the Multi-Blender Massager. This chiseled tool boasts tiny massage heads that will flawlessly blend in bronzer or other powders.
