Michelle Obama Is Sending a Powerful Message With This Floral Dress
When Michelle Obama has a powerful message to share, she makes sure that what she's wearing doesn't distract from that. That's why she wore a somewhat simple black and floral printed dress while attending Glamour magazine's Day of the Girl event, where she talked about the importance of education and making it readily available for females around the world. As she shared a bit of her own story and history, revealing she wouldn't be where she is today if it weren't for her schools, her outfit merely complimented her words without stealing the spotlight. Overall, it was a power woman look for sure, and secretly taught us a tip we'll keep with us before heading into our next meeting or interview: don't be afraid to rock something stylish, but make sure it's subtle enough that it doesn't take away from what you're saying. In other words, wear it, don't let it wear you.
