This Video of a Baby Being Born en Caul Is Going to Blow Your Mind
An extraordinarily rare phenomenon, an "en caul" birth occurs when the baby remains inside the unbroken amniotic sac membrane outside of the womb. If you've seen photos or video footage before of a baby being born inside its amniotic sac, you know that it's seriously one of the coolest things a person could ever witness - and if you've never seen it before, prepare for your mind to be blown.
In this video showing the second half of a C-section twin birth, the first twin was being stabilized off camera as the second baby surprised everyone by entering the world en caul, a one in 80,000 chance.
