The 10 Most Stunning Beauty Looks From Miss Universe 2017
Every year, some of the most stunning and diverse women around the globe are hand-selected to compete for the coveted title of Miss Universe. And on Jan. 30, we finally got to see them in all their beautified glory - a seemingly endless parade of glowing skin, shimmery eye shadows, and meticulously sculpted hairdos without a strand out of place.
While it certainly wasn't easy (we don't envy the judges who had to decide which of the 86 girls would get the crown!), we rounded up 10 hair and makeup looks that managed to cut through the dazzle.
