Juicy Couture's Signature Tracksuits Got a Glittery Upgrade at NYFW, and Oh My Gosh YES
I never thought I'd say this, but the velour, rhinestone-adorned Juicy Couture tracksuits from your past are back and better than ever. The brand just unveiled its New York Fashion Week debut collection, and all I have to say is damn, I'm so here for the nostalgic vibes.
Whereas Juicy is typically associated with the '90s and 2000s, creative director Jamie Mizrahi took things back a few more decades for its Fall 2018 line, garnering inspiration from the luxury of the '70s and '80s. Translation: modern-day disco vibes. The brand breathed new life into its signature tracksuits, revealing sequin-covered coordinated sets and velour puffer jackets I'd wear in a heartbeat. Besides the glorious resurrection of its tracksuits, Juicy also revealed a handful of standout pieces, including a leopard-print duster jacket, leather dress, gold tracksuit, and a glittery pink jumpsuit, to name a few.
