Jason Segel Is Already Parting Ways With His Recently Purchased Home

Jason Segel is ready to close the door on his Hollywood Hills home. The How I Met Your Mother actor recently purchased an artsy four-bedroom abode in LA and has now listed his previous space for $1.6 million, just over a year after purchasing.

The four-bedroom, three-bathroom property is being listed for nearly $300,000 less than what Jason reportedly wanted for it - but it's still more than the $1.4 million he's said to have paid for it in 2015. The home covers nearly 1,926 square feet and has a simple mullet-like exterior with bachelor-pad decor feel. However, cozy accents, including a rustic fireplace, hardwood floors, and a spacious walk-in closet, make the home feel welcoming. The two-level property also has a huge outdoor grilling area and patio, perfect for Summer hosting and barbecuing. Read on to get a glimpse at the space from all angles.
