If you find yourself ransacking your house in search of that mystery smell or silently weeping as you, for the 7,983rd time, throw your husband's dirty socks in the hamper (how does he not get that next to the hamper isn't the same thing as inside the hamper?!), the Holderness family empathizes.

It seems they too understand what it's like to clean up after everyone else, and they put those feelings to music with a laugh-out-loud parody video.

To the tune of Justin Bieber's hit "Love Yourself," parents Penn and Kim Holderness interpretive-dance their way through the struggles all parents have with three-week-old banana peels left in backpacks and random piles of dirty underwear hidden throughout the house. "Clean It Up Yourself" isn't just about dealing with dirty kids who could qualify for a hoarders documentary – it also points the finger at partners who should know better than to eat crumby food in bed or put used floss anywhere but the bathroom trash bin.

The next time you find yourself wondering why your adorable kids are so disgusting, listen to this. It won't make it smell better, but it'll make you feel better.
