We Sorted 33 Game of Thrones Characters Into Hogwarts Houses, Because It Needed to Happen

Have you ever sat down to watch an episode of Game of Thrones and thought, "God, Tyrion Lannister is such a Ravenclaw"? Yep, so have we - which is why we decided to sort all of our favorite characters from the series into their own Hogwarts houses, Harry Potter style. From ambitious Slytherins to loyal Hufflepuffs, Westeros is filled with characters who'd fit in perfectly with specific wizarding groups. As a refresher, here are the houses' most notable qualities:

  • Slytherin: ambition, cunning, pragmatism, resourcefulness
  • Hufflepuff: loyalty, hard work, patience, justice, fairness
  • Ravenclaw: wit, intelligence, cleverness, knowledge
  • Gryffindor: daring, chivalry, bravery, boldness, nerve
