You Won't Have Any Varsity Blues in Ali Larter's Breathtaking Mansion
Varsity Blues and Resident Evil franchise star Ali Larter and husband Hayes MacArthur have just sold their gorgeous contemporary home in Hollywood Hills, LA for $4.15 million, Openhouse is reporting. The three-story property went on the market at $4.295 million back in March. Why they didn't quite get asking, they still profited greatly, having purchased the home for $2.925 million in 2009.
Four bedrooms and five-and-a-half baths are featured in the open loft-style floor plan, which spans about 5,500 square feet. The boxy listing includes glass walls throughout and wide oak flooring in the second level's living room area, as well as a bar and fireplace. The chef's all-white kitchen is beautifully spacious with lacquered cabinets and marble countertops, and a huge island sits in between the dining area and top kitchen appliances. Sliding glass doors open to a balcony that's equally as long as the house with views overlooking the backyard and canyon.
