10 Years Later, Michael Phelps and Katie Ledecky Re-Create Famous Photo With a Switcheroo

Back in 2006, Katie Ledecky showed up smiling to an autograph signing with Olympian Michael Phelps and snapped the above photo when she was just 9 years old. Fast forward 10 years, and Katie is now a five-time gold medalist. She and Michael re-created that famous photo, but now look who's signing autographs!
She told the Today show, "I started watching him when I was 6 years old, when I started getting into the sport, and to be on the team with him has been such an honor." Michael said, "Katie's doing her thing and she's breaking records every time she gets in the pool." No wonder he wants her autograph! This is a truly inspiring story of how much can change in 10 years from hard work and perseverance.
