This Easy Side Braid DIY Is a Sweet Way to Get Hair Out of Your Face

Don't let short hair fool you, braids are totally doable. Play up the top portion of your hair with this side braid! I'm the first to admit that braiding takes practice. I've spent many mornings in front of the mirror wanting to pull my hair out or relieve my arm from the exhaustion of attempting to pull my hair back. After trial and error, I've finally found a few braided styles that take but seconds to complete, which is a total lifesaver when it comes to covering up second-day hair.
This particular style happens to be one of them. It's not a full side crown, but it does line the outside face. If you are familiar with a French braid, then this tutorial should be a piece of cake, if not, practice makes perfect.
