Dessert Ramen Looks as Glorious as It Sounds
As if dreaming up the Cronut wasn't enough, Chef Dominique Ansel continues to churn out groundbreaking treats like frozen s'mores and cookie shots. He's not done raising the bar, because his latest creation in partnership with Baileys not only sounds delicious, but looks even better. The base is a Baileys Irish Cream-soaked bread and butter pudding, and it's topped with kataifi "noodles," a passion fruit "egg," a coconut marshmallow "fishcake," and waffle "nori." It even comes with a side of hot sauce, which is actually a packet of cherry jam.
There's a catch: Baileys Bakeout Noodles will only be available to the first 200 registrants within the designated delivery zone in Manhattan. Oh, and you have to be of legal drinking age (21 or older), of course. The contest launches tomorrow at 12 p.m. EST. May the odds be ever in your favor.
