We all know the myth of The Ring at this point: you watch a disturbing videotape, and then seven days later, a water-logged zombie named Samara crawls out of a nearby TV screen to kill you. It's been 15 years since original American iteration of the film came out, but Samara's reign of terror hasn't quite ended. Among the upcoming horror releases of 2017 we have the third movie in the series, called Rings. Ahead of the film's February release, Paramount Pictures planned a cruel but hilarious prank. As unsuspecting customers shop at an electronics store, Samara herself crawls out of one of the screens to inspire screams and terror galore. Watch the clip above, then try to mentally prepare yourself: Rings hits theaters on Feb. 3.
