Janelle Monáe's SAGs Hair Accessories Look Like Modern '90s Butterfly Clips
It's old news by now that Janelle Monáe is trying to send a secret message with her hair accessories. We've seen everything from googly eyes to silver wire, but her choice at the 2017 SAG Awards may be our favorite yet. There, Janelle wore her hair in space buns with little silver flowers adorning it. The look totally reminded us of a romantic version of the butterfly clips we rocked in the '90s.
Her makeup was also not to be missed thanks to a soft smoky eye and matching purple lip. Janelle extended her style to her manicure, which featured white nail polish and geometric black stripes. Keep reading to see more images!
