One of our favorite Instagram feeds to visit when we're in need of dreamy hair inspiration is that of The Beauty Department founder Kristin Ess. The celebrity stylist works with stars like Lauren Conrad, Lucy Hale, and Nikki Reed and infuses a cocktail of effortless glamour, cool-girl chic, and ethereal whimsy into every look she whips up. And after 20 years of mane masterpieces, Ess is making it easy for wannabe hair gurus to add her vision to their own work with a new styling range. The best part? It's available exclusively at Target!
The 15-piece collection includes everything from texturizing sprays and volumizing mousse to curl-defining creams and cleansing conditioners, meaning fans of all hair types can try out the range. Each formula contains a proprietary complex called "Zip-Up," which is loaded with superfoods like chia seeds and marine algae to keep strands strong and damage-free. Nothing is over $14, but it all looks much pricier: each package is outfitted in sophisticated shades of gray, pearl, slate, and rose quartz.
