Finding the right avocado sometimes seems like an impossible task and usually involves feeling dozens of fruits from the endless pile. Finally, there's an easier way.
Reddit user q0__0p posted this photo of an avocado with a handy sticker. The sticker has a color chart that the shopper can use to tell if the avocado is ripe or not. The chart includes, "not ripe," "firm ripe," and "soft ripe" (perfect for guacamole!) Unfortunately, these stickers aren't on all avocados, but there's still an easy way to tell if your avocado is ripe.
Here's to hoping more avocado brands provide these stickers soon!
