Zoë Kravitz's Hairstyle Looks Like a Simple Ponytail - Until She Turns Around
Late last year, lovers of colorful coifs around the world were enchanted by hidden rainbow hair. Underlayers of hair are painted with vibrant hues that are only visible when the wearer wants them to be, making for a fun and unexpected style.
If you didn't look closely, you might have missed Zoë Kravitz's take on the trend. The model and actress recently attended ELLE's Annual Women In Television celebration with her long platinum microbraids styled in a ponytail. Right under the ponytail is a undercut tattoo that looks strikingly similar to the blue heart emoji.
In an Instagram showing off the look, she thanked stylist Shamyia Smith and colorist Daniel Moon, who is known for his Major Moonshine Glitter Gel. Should you be interested in re-creating the style at home but not open to sacrificing your strands to a buzzcut, dabbing Moon's The Ocean's Kiss ($28) in your hair in a heart pattern would be a fun and low-commitment alternative.
