When it comes to being the father of a daughter, Simon Hooper is a pro.

The London dad has four little girls under the age of 10 years old, and though every day is different, he endures the same familiar struggles all the time with his 9-year-old, 6-year-old, and 10-month-old twins running around. Instead of getting overwhelmed by their daily adventures and keeping them to himself, Simon finds the humor in this stage of parenthood and shares the relatable moments on his Instagram account, father_of_daughters.

"In general my whole account is to show a realistic view of what parenting is like from a parent's perspective," Simon told The Huffington Post. "There is way too much sugarcoating when it comes to parents, so I wanted to share what it's really like and provide a bit of humor at the same time." From teething trauma to a major life realization at the grocery store, Simon is sharing all of these familiar parenting experiences - with a major sense of humor - to help other parents know that they aren't alone.
