Zumba's latest video will help you get into the groove for Father's Day. For anyone who's ever thought they couldn't dance, these six "real men" are here to tell you to just go for it. In the video, the men share why they dance ("the women"), their opinions on dad bods, and why everyone, no matter how uncoordinated, should dance like nobody's watching. As one dude says, "It's not about how you look; it's about how you feel."
